Hello and welcome to my TYPO3 profile!

I was introduced to TYPO3 in 2002 when we migrated our Marketing Factory website from plain HTML to TYPO3. Since then, we have worked on a lot of customer websites built with TYPO3, and my passion for both the system and its community has grown steadily. We take pride in our long-standing collaborations with customers, some of whom have been with us since the very beginning of our TYPO3 journey.

Since 2002, I have been involved in various TYPO3 projects, including organizing user group meetings, developing and maintaining extensions, and coordinating code sprints on different topics.

As part of my current volunteer work for TYPO3, I serve as the Chairman of the Business Control Committee (BCC). The BCC is responsible for overseeing the finances of the TYPO3 Association and ensuring that association projects align with the members' votes.

Also, I am the Chairman of the TYPO3 User Group RheinRuhr e.V. We organize the annual TYPO3Camp RheinRuhr, an unconference held in early November, currently taking place in Kamp-Lintfort, Germany. Besides that, we also host a monthly TYPO3 meetup at various locations across the Rhein-Ruhr area.
