I’m a Senior Accessibility Consultant at coding. powerful. systems. CPS GmbH and Co-Lead of the TYPO3 Accessibility Team. In short: I help teams build digital products that work for more people, and that hold up against WCAG, BITV 2.0, and EN 301 549.

My focus is on complex web applications, content management systems, and digital products where accessibility cannot be added as a final checklist item. I conduct audits, identify practical remediation paths, and support product teams in turning accessibility requirements into solid frontend and editorial solutions.

With more than 20 years of experience in frontend development, UX/UI design, and digital strategy, I know both sides: the standards and the realities of product development. My work covers semantic HTML, ARIA, keyboard interaction, focus management, accessible components, quality assurance, and workflows that teams can actually maintain.

I hold CPACC and CPUX-F certifications and am a member of the IAAP and the German UPA.

Within the TYPO3 community, I work to make accessibility more visible, more practical, and more deeply embedded in the product. Not as an extra, but as a basic quality standard.
